    Polish company is a small manufacturer of textile accessories. The company has been established in 2018 and is located in the north-eastern Poland, close to the EU border with Belarus. It specializes in wooden toys and textile accessories aimed at pre-school children and their parents, who would like to find an engaging, ecological and educative toys for their loved ones. All items manufactured are created in accordance with the Montessori teaching methods. The portfolio of products includes items like: – manipulative boards/tables (see the picture attached), – puzzles, – pillows, – sorters, – alphabets, – shoes to teach kids how to lace, – textile toys, – decorative accessories for a children’s room. The products are designed by the business owner and made with great attention to details with the use of resources/materials that are safe for children and are in colorful and lively patterns, so they are attractive for kids. The entrepreneur behind the company is a very eco-minded person, who is strongly against any misuse or waste of valuable resources, therefore the goods are made of natural and recyclable materials (wood and textiles). The company would like to diversify its business operation via establishing cooperation with foreign entities and introduce its products on new markets. The company is willing to provide items in small batches to retailers/wholesalers who are visited by conscious parents willing to pay for high quality and ecological sustainability of the product aimed at their children. When it comes to the potential cooperation, the company has selected the following types: – Distribution services agreement – The company would like to establish cooperation with toys brands’ distributors and/or wholesalers interested in eco-friendly wooden and/or textile toys and accessories for children. They should include the goods manufactured by the Polish company into their offer and present these products to the local clientele. The ideal partner should have hands-on experience in sales in and good knowledge of the toys sector and, preferably, an already established network of potential customers and/or distribution channels. – Commercial agency agreement – The company would like to establish cooperation with an experienced partner, preferably a toys brands’ agent or representative, with a good knowledge of toys market in the respective country and with an already established network of potential customers and/or distribution channels. The desired outcome of this cooperation would be having a reliable company representative that could introduce the goods manufactured by the Polish company onto the foreign market and make the brands offered visible to the local retailers, wholesalers and clients.
