    • Cristina Irimie We were the first people to move training and accreditation for CSCS Cards for the construction industry online. It took a lot of creativity. And we observed, first hand, how having a variety of cultural backgrounds made that possible. Some people just run wiht the idea, and some struggled.
    • Lina Bourdon I started to learn another language at the age of 22, and my English tutor told me this: The fact that you speak with an accent, means one thing, and one thing only. That you can speak another language.
    • Aiste Naujokaityte The label that Eastern Europeans used to ahve 10-15 years ago has shifted. We are now much better recognised for bringing huge value to the economy.
    • Lina Bourdon Diversity is not only about skin colour and country we are from. There are very many different aspects that make us different and unique.
    • Have ethnic minorities changed in the last 10-15 years? Lina Bourdon definitely yes, I am observing that ethnic communities are getting stronger. Emilia Cybulska A lot more initiatives and focus are now on diversity in organisations such as NatWest.
    • Aiste Naujokaityte Being diverse is something that businesses should be proud of. Managing a diverse team starts wiht making sure everyone is happy where they are.
    • Cristina Irimie To reach out to specific minority, use their language, do your marketing campaign in their language.
    • Cristina Irimie I learnt, through my first years as an immigrant, that my vulnerability became my strength.
