This week, the team GottaBe!’ are celebrating their ten-year anniversary of being in business.
The company was created in 2008 by Managing Director, Tomasz Dyl, which he began as a little project to get him through university and it is now an award-winning marketing agency. Tomasz has been recognised for his achievements and in 2013 and won Southampton’ Young Entrepreneur of the Year – part of South Coast Awards. Alongside this amazing achievement, GottaBe! has maintained a large proportion of clients since it began, with 75% working with us for more than 5 years, including world known brands such as Western Union, Domino’s Pizza, Specsavers, Lebara, and NHS.
At GottaBe!, we believe that it is just as important to work with all kinds of businesses from start-ups, SMEs (small-medium enterprise) right through to the big names. This is beneficial as it shows how diverse we are and want to help as many businesses as possible flourish – said Tomasz Dyl, founder of GottaBe! – Our marketing strategies include both offline and online marketing where we suggest and encourage the use of social media such as, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and Twitter by taking selfies and posting upbeat and exciting statuses. Our offline marketing techniques are mainly focused on field and experiential marketing. We engage with consumers and invite and encourage them to participate in the growth of a brand – adds Dyl.
A few years after setting up GottaBe! in Southampton, the Agency expanded the business to Dublin and set up a second office, right in the heart of Temple Bar. We have also recognised the growing demand for marketing to be done in a foreign language and have therefore launched a dedicated service for this, GottaBe! Ethnic specialising in ethnic and multicultural marketing. We have a dedicated website (www.gottabeethnic.co.uk) highlighting and explaining how we target multicultural people. Ethnic minorities have a spending power of £300 billion in the UK, yet only 1 out of 5 UK companies are reaching to them as consumers – said Tomasz Dyl.
The last group of people that GottaBe! works with are students from the local universities and schools, the Agency provide them work placement, experiences and Apprenticeships.
