Celebrating Cultural and Language Diversity Campaign is a cross-stakeholders initiative championing good understanding of cross-cultural challenges and promoting a more inclusive culture within the UK.At PAB Languages Centre we are passionate believers in the potential that can be unleashed when successfully bridging cultural gaps. We have been cooperating with clients locally, nationally and internationally, helping them to communicate and succeed on an international level both at home and when doing business overseas.We believe great things happen thanks to a true collaboration between companies, institutions and people from different countries and cultures.AIMTo enable relationships between companies, institutions and people from different countries and cultures to thrive.Objective 1 – Creating a more welcoming and supportive democratic society by championing cross-cultural awareness and promoting a more inclusive culture within the UK.Objective 2 - Fostering good relations by working with partners to raise cross-cultural expectations - and a thorough understanding of these builds a strong sense of community belonging within neighbourhoods.Objective 3 – Encouraging everyone to enhance communication skills with speakers from other cultures and to broaden their knowledge about the importance of cultural awareness in society.THE WAY WE WORK

Our Events Celebrating Cultural and Language Diversity across the UK are to raise awareness, encourage discussions, deepen understanding and community-building.We decided to take an approach that is not obvious and forceful and linked the opportunity of PAB’s 10 Years in Business Anniversary with our campaign promoting and advocating cross-cultural diversity.

The Parliamentary Review
It is also during the participation in The Parliamentary Review which aimed to share best practice amongst policymakers and business leaders that we were enabled to promote Cultural and Language Diversity.A Message from Rt Hon The Lord David Blunkett, MP and Rt Hon The Lord Eric Pickles, MP, followed by PAB Languages Centre's best practice article, “The ability to listen and learn from one another has always been vital in parliament, in business and most aspects of daily life. But at this particular moment in time, as national and global events continue to reiterate, it is uncommonly crucial that we forge new channels of communication and reinforce existing ones.
