TBA is looking to hire a Junior Insolvency Administrator (Polish Speaking) which is a trainee position, offering the opportunity of future professional study support which would suit an individual possessing a strong academic record with a desire to work in insolvency/finance. Key responsibilities will include: 
- Supporting Insolvency Administrators and Managers in the preparation of documentation for insolvency  appointments 
 
- Liaise with directors, creditors and debtors 
 
- Process general insolvency case administration 
 
- Draft correspondence, including reports for review by senior staff 
 
- Ensure your work is compliant in accordance with regulatory requirements 
 
- Maintain appropriate records of chargeable time spent on case work 
 
Key performance indicators: 
- Work completed to required standards in agree timescales 
 
- Documents prepare correctly and in line with standard documentation 
 
- High level of support to team and colleagues 
 
Key skills and qualifications required: 
- Preferred - a 2.1 degree preferably in Law, Economics, Finance or Business 
 
- Foreign languages: Proficient in Polish or other languages desirable but not essential • Essential minimum of GCSE passes (A-C) in Maths and English plus at least 2 A levels, grades A – C or  equivalent qualification 
 
- Confident and effective verbal and written communication skills 
 
- Competence using MS Office applications 
 
Terms 
- 37.5 hours per week - Office hours 8.30-5.45 Mon-Thurs, 8.30-1.00 pm Fridays  
 
- Salary according to experience 
 
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays (25 days after 1 years’ service) 
 
- 3-month probationary period 
 
- Group personal pension 4% employer/employee contributions after successful completion of probationary period.
