You will work closely with the consultancy team and project managers to deliver quality products and services to a portfolio of clients, guiding them through complex accounting and transactional processes, using Cloud technologies and your knowledge and experience of bookkeeping or accounting. Full training will be given on all software. However, any experience is advantageous.
Extensive client-facing activities (virtual meetings, report writing with possible requirements for onsite visits).
Extensive analysis of eCommerce accounting activities and transactions.
Integrations of accounting software platforms to other cloud platforms.
Mentoring junior and apprentice team members.

To acquire academic qualifications and work based experience to become a competent data analyst with the ability to contribute to our team of professional analysts and consultants.
Reporting into the Operations Manager with mentoring from an experienced analyst, you will work on live client projects to administer and develop data in various formats and across multiple software platforms.
You will play an important role in handling and transforming data from variousimport Recruitment from './recruitment'; businesses, using cloud software to streamline operations, as well as using Microsoft Power BI for reporting and statistical analysis.
You will receive comprehensive on-the-job training and have the opportunity to work with experienced professionals to develop your skills and advance your career.
Combined with the role, you will undertake an 18 month Level 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeship consisting of contextualised learning with a mixture of online, classroom events and workplace activities. You are accountable for attending all tuition sessions pertaining to your apprenticeship as well as submitting all coursework or assignments on time and any exams or tests including any revision time.
Working closely with the projects team, you will play an active role on client facing projects which will include inserting data into cloud software, helping clients with any data issues, handling support queries on data issues; and other ongoing tasks and responsibilities.
The apprenticeship and work based training combination will provide you with detailed insights in Data Visualisation and Statistics, Data Modelling, Data Analysis, Data Architectures, Data Science and Data Analysis Tools and Concepts.
You’ll also be responsible for any other ongoing tasks and responsibilities, some of which are noted below.
Using Google Sheets, Excel, Tableau and PowerBI
Installing and managing databases
Familiarisation with SQL commands
Using Python to do simple statistical analysis
Problem solving and articulating resolutions
Developing knowledge of data cleansing and standardisation
Using charts and visualisations in all the above software and interpreting results
Documenting and disseminating data
Complying with the Data Protection Act
Using data analysis tools to perform statistical functions
Collect, organise and manage data from various businesses
Clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis
Use cloud software to streamline business operations
Use Microsoft Power BI for reporting and statistical analysis
Work closely with the team to improve processes and identify trends
Communicate effectively and deliver insights and recommendations to clients, team members and partners
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Work on projects and consulting assignments for our clients as needed
You will have a keen eye for detail and strong analytical problem solving skills. You will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and develop relationships with colleagues, clients and software partners. And finally, you will have good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to remove jargon and blockers to articulate complex technical information into digestible forms.
No formal experience is required however the following skills would be advantageous: Experience of data management and manipulation, previous experience of any cloud software.
