Polish Business Mixer in Leeds

Written by PBLINK Editor | 28/10/13 16:31

November event provides excellent opportunities for your firm to reach into the Polish entrepreneur community in North West England; a particularly vibrant and dynamic group of business people. Of particular interest to our audience are case studies – object lessons from Polish entrepreneurs who are doing well in the UK.

Event focuses on business strategy and will consider the changes your company needs to make – and keep making – in order to become more competitive on the market. Expert speakers will be discussing the most popular forms of doing business in the UK: self-employment, sole trader, limited liability company, partnership and other entities. There will also be a session on VAT: when should you consider becoming a VAT payer, when must you register for VAT, what are the VAT thresholds, how to minimise the paperwork associated with VAT.

The aim of this meeting is not only to provide the audience with helpful information and useful business insight, but also to create a network for entrepreneurial Poles in the UK. The informal part of the meetings starts with speed-networking, where participants have 30 seconds each to present themselves and their businesses to everyone else. Informal talks continue over a glass of wine.

Event will take place in Leeds Town Hall on 20 November 2013. Agenda and online registration.
