Co-Innovate Journeys is a project based at Brunel University building on the internationally renowned work of Brunel University London. The project promotes innovation and provides advice and guidance to London-based small and medium sized enterprises. In particular, the project will equip the participating companies with open innovation techniques and access to Brunel Academics, Students, laboratories, testing and prototyping facilities.
£28,762 to £33,314 per annum, plus £2,166 per annum London Weighting
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Co-ordinator will work within the project team handling the administration functions required by EU funded projects which will include data collection and management for audit requirements, funding claims, evidence gathering and maintaining the project databases. The Co-ordinator will also arrange visits to businesses and liaise between academic support and companies engaged on the project, together with organising and marketing a programme of events and maintenance of the project website.

Brunel University is seeking to appoint an ERDF Project Management and Closure provider/consultant to:

The maximum budget for this ERDF procured service is £24000 inclusive of VAT.
The applicant can work on their own computer but will be given a local login address and email to enable them to work with the university. The place of work will be on a hybrid basis and will be agreed upon business need.
The successful applicant will require set up on the university finance system.
Payment will be made in arrears upon the receipt of an invoice from the successful provider in accordance with Brunel University normal terms and conditions. Invoicing will be monthly.
This consultancy will provide project closure support until the end of September 2023.
The provider will adhere to and comply with the provisions of the Data Protection Act, the Health and Safety at Work Act, Environmental Policy and Equal Opportunities Policy in accordance with the University policies.

A three-stage application process will be used:
Stage 1 – Receipt of Proposals. Please supply a full CV and covering letter detailing previous experience of supplying the required services – Closing date 1700 hours Friday 28th October 2022.
Stage 2 – A short list will be drawn up and applicants invited for Interview by 3th November 2022.
Stage 3 – Interviews to take place week commencing 7th November 2022 with intention of final decision being made.
The Selection Criteria will be against Qualifications, Knowledge, Experience, Skills and Ability, and Value for money. Scoring against the Selection Criteria will be flat (no weighting) 0 – 10.
