CircleGroup is hiring a Bookkeeper

CircleGroup looking to hire a part-time bookkeeper who would work out of our head office in Enfield. The Bookkeeper role will provide a variety of bookkeeping and accounting support to the FM Department. Working on Xero, your main responsibilities in this role will be to:

  • Manage employee expense
  • Maintain bookkeeping files
  • Perform bank deposits and reconciliations, accounts payable and other client payments
  • Record debits and credits
  • Raise invoices and chase payments

This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 2 years of experience as a bookkeeper and who has excellent Excel skills along with working knowledge of Xero software. The salary available will be between £20 – 24k dependent on experience.

About you :

  • Experience of at least 2 years within a similar role
  • Working knowledge of Xero software
  • Skilled in Microsoft 365 ( especially Excel)
  • Able to work well under pressure and to deadlines

Part-time hours: 24 per week

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
