## Listening.

#### This is something we try to do with others, our family members, our friends, or workmates.

We hope they listen to us. But when you listen, do you ever feel like there is a voice inside your head saying, "no wait, you need to do this work task, you need to remember to run X errand?"

 

 

Focusing on just listening to others can help others appreciative, and in turn, listen back to you. But how can you become a better listener? The video here addresses a few tips, but things to think about include reflecting back what others are saying, and providing a quiet space so you will be better equipped to listen to others.
